When you submit an application or enquiry through our website we collect:

- CV and supporting documents
- Any additional information you choose to share in a cover note
We collect this information solely for the purpose of assessing your suitability for roles we are recruiting for on behalf of our clients.
When you contact us via our website contact form we collect your name, email address and message content in order to respond to your enquiry.
How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
- Assess your suitability for current and future roles
- Share your details with clients where you have expressed interest in a specific role
- Respond to your enquiries
- Comply with our legal obligations
We will never sell your personal data to third parties. We will never share your data with any party outside of the recruitment process without your explicit consent.
How long we keep your data
If you apply for a role and are not placed we will retain your data for up to 12 months in case a suitable opportunity arises. After this period your data will be securely deleted unless you request otherwise.
If you are successfully placed through Muse Management we will retain your data for the duration of your placement and for up to 3 years afterwards for legal and compliance purposes.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at laura@musemanagement.co.uk.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict how we process your data
